Had major issues with the room key system. it just didn't work properly, leading to a rather uncomfortable experience trying to get into multiple rooms. The cleanliness was a letdown—sheets had unpleasant odors, the bathroom needed serious attention, and I even found hair on the pillows. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was shaky at best, making it a hassle for anyone needing connectivity. Plus, with smoking allowed near common areas, the air quality wasn’t exactly what you’d hope for.

I had an amazing time enjoying the gorgeous views of Lake Ray Hubbard right from my King Suite. The jacuzzi tub was an very nice way to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast spread, especially those fluffy waffles, was a good way to start the morning! Plus, the staff genuinely cared and went above and beyond to.

The breakfast was really good, especially the apple cinnamon pancakes. My King Suite was spacious and had everything I needed, like a refrigerator. However, I encountered some issues. The cleaning standards were lacking. there was dog food under the dresser when I had to check under it for my lost earring. The elevator was broken during my stay, and we had to use the stairs mostly. Also, my fridge didn't work at first and had a bad smell, but the staff fixed it right away when I reported it. Overall, the staff was friendly and attentive.

I stayed here because it's pet friendly and the staff were friendly too. The bed was comfy, and although the room could use some updates, I appreciated having the refrigerator in there for my stuff.
